HercOps is a trading name of Developing Assets (UK) Ltd. We provide aviation services including regulatory support, training and aircraft management to various sectors of the military and civil aviation industries. HercOps’ sister company: HeliOps, delivers helicopter Search and Rescue flying training from our joint headquarters and helicopter operating-base at Portland in Dorset, and synthetic flying training from our Sea King simulator at Culdrose in Cornwall. Using highly experienced former-RAF C130J Qualified Flying Instructors, HercOps provides synthetic training packages for basic conversion training; strategic and tactical air transport operations (including Night Vision Goggle flying); and air loadmaster and engineer/maintainer training. HercOps enjoys UK MOD approved access to the RAF’s C130J simulator facility at RAF Brize Norton, the RAF’s Air Mobility Hub, and delivers C130J training to the German Air Force and Bangladesh Air Force.
HercOps delivers deployed C130J flying training tailored to support client C130J force needs and enjoys unmatched access to combat experienced, full-spectrum C130J Flying Instructors. HercOps provides bespoke training including basic conversion, strategic and tactical air transport operations. Instructional packages include operations onto natural surface landing strips, tactical low-level flying (including NVG training using non-ITAR restricted NVG equipment) and airdrop. HercOps is also able to train, develop and support C130J ground maintainers and engineering personnel.
Compliance with UK Military Aviation Authorities’ Regulatory regime is applied to all our UK-based flying. HercOps’ instruction is fully-validated to the Central Flying School’s standards. Using highly-experienced former-RAF C130J Flying Instructors HercOps’ has adopted the UK’s Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT). DSAT is the quality standard for the management training implemented by the UK Ministry of Defence and provides the framework for all HercOps training activities.
